Donor CV
Tenders · rosters · RFPs

One master CV. Every donor format.

A tender doesn't read your CV — it reads its own form. Build a master CV once, then render it into World Bank TECH-6, EU/EuropeAid, UNDP P11, FCDO key personnel and ADB formats. No fabrication: order, emphasis and length may change; facts may not.

Five donor formats

The section order each donor expects.

World Bank · TECH-6

Position → name → education → employment record → membership/publications → language skills → adequacy ↔ prior work → certification. Education appears after employment.

EU / EuropeAid · PRAG

Personal details → position proposed → education → language skills → experience (general then specific, with arithmetic shown) → professional history → declaration.

UNDP · P11

Name → personal details → dependants → addresses → languages → education (exact original titles) → societies → publications → employment record → three references → certification. Never guess salary.

FCDO · Key personnel

Name + position → nationality → employer/status → availability → education → languages → relevance summary → employment history → assignments → references → personnel input table.

ADB · CV / EOI

Position/ref → name → education → memberships → training → countries of work → languages → employment record → work that illustrates capability → certification. Map each criterion to a dated assignment.

The fact rule

No invention, ever.

Every render ends with a verification block: fields not provided, criteria the candidate does not evidence, and a reminder that the tender-supplied form governs. Dates are month + year, exactly as in the master.

VERIFICATION BLOCK
- Not provided: [fields]
- ToR criteria not evidenced: [criteria]
- Dates not found in master: [none]
- File type / page limit / signature: [donor rules]
How it works

Twenty minutes, start to signed.

01

Fill the master once

Every assignment, education entry and language level in one schema. Rendered CVs are views of it.

02

Pick the donor

Choose World Bank, EU, P11, FCDO or ADB. The editor re-orders the sections and shows which fields are missing.

03

Check, then transfer

Read the verification block, transfer into the tender's own form, sign and return the required file type.

Questions

Before you bid.

Is this the same as the résumé builder?

They work together. The CV editor is where you draft and export; this pack adds the five donor formats, the calculators and the converter skill.

Will it invent experience to fit a criterion?

No. It says the candidate does not evidence a criterion rather than inventing one, and lists it in the verification block.

Which file types does it produce?

Editable .docx and .xlsx worksheets you transfer into the tender's prescribed form. The tender's file type and page limit always win.
